We govern through engaged board service rather than quarterly diligence calls. We measure success in the durability of the business, not the timing of an exit.

We do not buy companies to flip them. We buy them because we believe they should exist a generation from now.

Puerto Rico is our home market and our analytical edge. We understand the regulatory environment, the labor pools, and the customer behavior of an island economy of three million. We bring that depth to investments in the Caribbean and to Hispanic-facing platforms across the Americas.

Our verticals — Financial Services, Energy, Media, and Consumer & Spirits — are not opportunistic. Each reflects an area where the firm has built operating muscle over many years and where we believe the next decade will reward owners who can execute.
